Service Scheduling:

Service days may vary slightly depending on weather conditions, route efficiency, and seasonal demand. If weather delays occur, services will be completed as soon as conditions allow.

Property Access:

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property on scheduled service days. Gates should be unlocked and pets secured to allow safe service.

Weather Conditions:

Lawn care and snow removal services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions. Turf Surfers KC will complete services when it is safe and practical to do so.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. Past due balances may delay or suspend future services.

Property Damage:

While Turf Surfers KC takes care to protect your property, customers are responsible for removing obstacles such as toys, hoses, and other items from service areas prior to service. Turf Surfers KC is not responsible for damage caused by hidden obstacles or debris.

Service Changes and Cancellations:

Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or service changes whenever possible.

If there are concerns regarding the quality of service, please contact Turf Surfers KC promptly so the issue can be addressed.
